There is something so lovely about living by the sea - IN

It’s 30 degrees and sunny. Even though I know summer is ending, I’m convinced that the air won’t turn to autumn for awhile. Hope you’re enjoying some more sun-soaked summer days - IN

Another hot day in Toronto. T is headed to Spain soon and I am immensely jealous. I do miss it so. Here’s to hoping I can make it to the beach soon this summer - IN

It’s been an odd but lovely last few days. M and I had a very “ladies-who-lunch” Monday where I fell in love with a cobalt Sofia Coppola for Louis Vuitton tote. The cost is higher than my Chanel 2.55 but I am in love and when I’m in love, I’m in trouble. We then had lunch, shopped some more, found some vintage Chanel and Hermes bags, and had coffee. A similar day today where I finally picked up my laptop to find that all my settings have been reset after much confusion (and continued confusion). Then, I end up wandering into Swarovski and end up purchasing that resin bangle I’ve been eyeing for a few months and then we had lunch. What compelled me to buy jewelry with money I don’t have? Because I found the most perfect-fitting Paige jeans ever, M made a comment about how those jeans+a white button-down+wedges+a resin bracelet+an SC for LV bag would be my perfect casual Friday look. I could get used to days like this. T, however, would prefer I stop getting used to days like this. It is his dream not to support a lady of leisure - IN

I am on a campaign to convince T that the beach is a lovely place. I might resort to straight-out lying about where we go on the weekend. I concede that sand can be annoying but the sounds of the ocean, the warmth of the sun, and the subtle breezes, when they do come, are divine - IN

This looks so refreshing as Toronto is in a muggy state of 36 degree weather - IN
Perfect California weather.
